【摘要】:信息搜尋行為研究是用戶(hù)行為研究的核心領(lǐng)域之一,目前面向“特定用戶(hù)群體”和“特定信息系統(tǒng)環(huán)境”是該領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。隨著社會(huì)化信息系統(tǒng)的興起與發(fā)展,面向社會(huì)化信息系統(tǒng)的社會(huì)化信息搜尋引起了學(xué)術(shù)界的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注。不同的社會(huì)化信息系統(tǒng)環(huán)境中,用戶(hù)的信息搜尋行為不可一概而論。社會(huì)化問(wèn)答平臺(tái)發(fā)展至今,已形成一個(gè)龐大的、有價(jià)值的、帶有社交關(guān)系的知識(shí)庫(kù),越來(lái)越多的用戶(hù)利用社會(huì)化問(wèn)答平臺(tái)搜尋信息、解決問(wèn)題。然而爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng)的社區(qū)內(nèi)容給用戶(hù)搜尋信息帶來(lái)了困難,此外,用戶(hù)的信息搜尋方式也由單一化向多元化轉(zhuǎn)變,社會(huì)化問(wèn)答平臺(tái)用戶(hù)的信息搜尋行為備受關(guān)注。目前社會(huì)化問(wèn)答平臺(tái)用戶(hù)信息搜尋行為的相關(guān)研究,或探討用戶(hù)搜尋的內(nèi)容、問(wèn)題類(lèi)型,或基于滿(mǎn)意度、可信度對(duì)搜尋結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,而對(duì)于“如何搜尋”這一角度多圍繞搜尋過(guò)程的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)或一種策略展開(kāi)討論,缺乏全面性和系統(tǒng)性。此外,以往任務(wù)對(duì)信息搜尋行為的影響研究普遍關(guān)注web搜索引擎和專(zhuān)業(yè)搜索系統(tǒng),社會(huì)化問(wèn)答平臺(tái)這一領(lǐng)域還有待拓展和驗(yàn)證。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,本文將用戶(hù)信息搜尋行為置于任務(wù)情境下,著眼于查詢(xún)行為、瀏覽行為、選擇行為、搜尋路徑等完整信息搜尋過(guò)程,探究社會(huì)化問(wèn)答平臺(tái)的用戶(hù)信息搜尋行為。本文闡釋了社會(huì)化問(wèn)答平臺(tái)的內(nèi)涵、內(nèi)容產(chǎn)生與傳播機(jī)制以及知乎問(wèn)答平臺(tái)的內(nèi)容組織結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)合信息搜尋行為變量的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了社會(huì)化問(wèn)答平臺(tái)的用戶(hù)信息搜尋行為變量框架,并通過(guò)對(duì)任務(wù)內(nèi)涵的解析和任務(wù)類(lèi)型的梳理,構(gòu)建了任務(wù)變量框架。采用實(shí)驗(yàn)法,利用Morae錄屏軟件和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷收集用戶(hù)行為數(shù)據(jù),利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)方法,結(jié)合MoraeManager、Excel和SPSS19.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。從查詢(xún)重構(gòu)策略的選擇、任務(wù)對(duì)查詢(xún)重構(gòu)行為的影響、查詢(xún)重構(gòu)策略的轉(zhuǎn)移模式、每種類(lèi)型任務(wù)中瀏覽行為比較、任務(wù)類(lèi)型對(duì)瀏覽行為的影響、每種類(lèi)型任務(wù)中選擇話(huà)題、問(wèn)題、用戶(hù)的具體方式比較等方面挖掘用戶(hù)信息搜尋行為特征,并總結(jié)了三種搜尋路徑模式:“查詢(xún)/瀏覽”路徑模式、“選擇問(wèn)題/瀏覽詳情/其他”路徑模式、“選擇話(huà)題/瀏覽詳情/其他”路徑模式。最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,從優(yōu)化平臺(tái)搜索功能、改善平臺(tái)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、提高平臺(tái)問(wèn)答質(zhì)量三個(gè)角度提出面向搜尋過(guò)程的服務(wù)優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:The research of information search behavior is one of the core areas of user behavior research. At present, "specific user group" and "specific information system environment" are the focus of research in this field. With the rise and development of socialized information system, the socialized information search for socialized information system has attracted the attention of academic circles. In different social information system environment, user's information search behavior can not be generalized. Up to now, the social question answering platform has formed a huge, valuable, social relationship knowledge base. More and more users use the social question answering platform to search for information and solve problems. However, the exploding community content makes it difficult for users to search for information. In addition, the information search methods of users are also changed from single to diversified, and the information search behavior of users in social Q & A platform has attracted much attention. The current research on user information search behavior in social Q & A platform, or explore the content of user search, the type of question, or based on satisfaction, credibility to evaluate the search results, However, there is a lack of comprehensiveness and systematicness in the discussion of "how to search" around a link or a strategy in the search process. In addition, research on the impact of tasks on information search behavior has focused on the web search engine and professional search system. The social question answering platform needs to be expanded and verified. Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts the user information search behavior under the task situation, focusing on the query behavior, browsing behavior, selecting behavior, searching path and other complete information search process, and explores the user information search behavior in the social question answering platform. This paper explains the connotation of the social Q & A platform, the content generation and dissemination mechanism, the content organization structure of the Question-answering platform, and the relevant theoretical basis of information search behavior variables. This paper constructs the framework of user information search behavior variables in the social question and answer platform, and constructs the task variable framework by analyzing the connotation of tasks and combing the types of tasks. The experimental method was used to collect user behavior data using Morae screen recording software and questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using statistical non-parametric test method and combining with Morae Manager Excel and SPSS 19.0 software. From the selection of query refactoring strategy, the influence of task on query refactoring behavior, the transfer mode of query refactoring strategy, the comparison of browsing behavior in each type of task, the influence of task type on browsing behavior, the topic selection in each type of task. In this paper, the characteristics of user information search behavior are explored in terms of problem, user's specific way comparison, and three search path modes are summarized: "query / browse" path mode, "select problem / browse details / other" path mode, Select topic / browse details / other path mode. Finally, according to the research results, the search process oriented service optimization strategy is put forward from three aspects: optimizing the platform search function, improving the platform organization structure and improving the platform question and answer quality.
