【摘要】：數(shù)據(jù)即服務(wù)(DaaS)背景下,圖書(shū)情報(bào)機(jī)構(gòu)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)獲得了良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。在數(shù)據(jù)組織方面,重視面向全方位的數(shù)據(jù)組織;在服務(wù)模式方面,實(shí)現(xiàn)按需服務(wù),并構(gòu)建全范圍的開(kāi)放研究服務(wù)平臺(tái);在服務(wù)推廣方面,開(kāi)展服務(wù)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)占領(lǐng)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)市場(chǎng);在服務(wù)體系方面,促進(jìn)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)化;在管理規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方面,加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè)、重視源數(shù)據(jù)管理、借助現(xiàn)代數(shù)據(jù)管理技術(shù)、科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)應(yīng)用模式和注重風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理;在人才方面,推動(dòng)館員向數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)家轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:Under the background of Data as Service ( DaaS ) , the scientific data service of the library and information organization has obtained good development opportunity . In the aspect of data organization , we attach importance to the omni - directional data organization . In the aspect of service mode , the service marketing occupy the scientific data service market . In the aspect of service system , the service marketing occupy the scientific data service market . In the aspect of service system , we should promote the evolution of scientific data service ecosystem . In the aspect of management planning and design , we should pay attention to the source data management . With the help of modern data management technology , scientific design service application model and risk management ; in the aspect of talent , the librarians will be promoted to transform the data scientist .
