【摘要】：2016年2月8日,北京隆重召開了全國精神文明建設(shè)工作表彰暨學(xué)雷鋒志愿服務(wù)大會,習(xí)近平主席在會上強(qiáng)調(diào)要鍥而不舍抓社會主義精神文明建設(shè)。在大會精神的指導(dǎo)下,全國大力加強(qiáng)社會主義精神文明建設(shè),廣東省佛山市也圍繞培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀,積極打造佛山"樂善之城""志愿者之城",弘揚(yáng)社會正氣,傳播社會正能量,堅持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推動全市精神文明建設(shè)工作。10月18日,廣東省文明委召開全省基層精神文明創(chuàng)建工作座談會,佛山經(jīng)驗(yàn)作為"他山之石"得到肯定。在此基礎(chǔ)上,佛山市嘗試推出美德檔案模式,以基層精神文明創(chuàng)建為抓手,深化"美德佛山""文明佛山"品牌建設(shè),進(jìn)一步推動社會主義核心價值觀落地生根。本文以佛山市開展各類美德活動為切入點(diǎn),簡要闡述美德檔案的形成、定義和類別,探討美德檔案在社會主義精神文明建設(shè)中發(fā)揮作用的方法與途徑。
[Abstract]:On February 8, 2016, Beijing solemnly held the National Congress of commendation and Learning from Lei Feng for the Construction of spiritual Civilization. President Xi Jinping stressed the need to persevere in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Under the guidance of the spirit of the Congress, the whole country has made great efforts to strengthen the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Foshan City, Guangdong Province, has also focused on fostering and practicing the core values of socialism, actively building Foshan's "city of joy and kindness" and "city of volunteers", so as to carry forward the good spirit of the society. On 18 October, the Guangdong Provincial Civilization Commission held a forum on the establishment of spiritual civilization at the grass-roots level in the province, and the experience of Foshan was affirmed as a "stone of other mountains." On this basis, Foshan City tries to launch the model of virtue archives, take the establishment of grass-roots spiritual civilization as the starting point, deepen the brand construction of "virtue Foshan" and "civilized Foshan", and further promote the socialist core values to take root. Based on the development of various kinds of virtue activities in Foshan City, this paper briefly expounds the formation, definition and category of virtue archives, and probes into the ways and means for virtue archives to play a role in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
