【摘要】：科研檔案是評價科研單位在某一階段內(nèi)的發(fā)展情況、綜合實力及學術水平的重要依據(jù),也是考核科研項目參與人員工作業(yè)績、評估其學術研究能力的重要參考。為提升科研檔案管理水平,需要完善工作規(guī)范、明確工作職責、強化檔案收集與歸檔工作、開展檔案數(shù)字化管理、加大檔案工作監(jiān)管力度、加強檔案工作績效管理。
[Abstract]:Scientific research archives are an important basis for evaluating the development, comprehensive strength and academic level of scientific research institutions in a certain period, and are also an important reference for assessing the work performance of participants in scientific research projects and evaluating their academic research ability. In order to improve the management level of scientific research archives, it is necessary to perfect the work standard, make clear the work responsibility, strengthen the archives collection and archiving work, carry out the archives digitization management, strengthen the archives work supervision, and strengthen the archives work performance management.
