【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,使得傳統(tǒng)的一對多的大眾傳播模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)用戶差異化的信息需求,分眾傳播便應(yīng)用而生。檔案網(wǎng)站作為檔案館資源服務(wù)的新平臺,必然要適應(yīng)這一時(shí)代趨勢。當(dāng)前檔案信息數(shù)字化資源的建設(shè)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化信息服務(wù)的成果在一定程度上為其開展分眾服務(wù)創(chuàng)造了條件,但還存在不足之處,如網(wǎng)站信息待序化、檢索功能待強(qiáng)化、傳播模式線性化、網(wǎng)頁更新待速化等。NARA網(wǎng)站作為分眾傳播的典范,在進(jìn)行分眾傳播的同時(shí)對檢索功能、互動功能、網(wǎng)頁更新維護(hù)等方面都進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)化,對我國檔案網(wǎng)站開展分眾服務(wù)有很大的借鑒意義。因此,在分析NARA網(wǎng)站分眾服務(wù)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國實(shí)際情況,提出了分眾時(shí)代我國檔案網(wǎng)站的服務(wù)提升策略。基本步驟為“進(jìn)行用戶分組——整合信息資源——策劃服務(wù)方案——完善檢索功能——建立反饋機(jī)制”。同時(shí),為保障服務(wù)的順利開展和運(yùn)行,從人才、資金和安全等方面提出了保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network information technology, the traditional one-to-many mode of mass communication can no longer meet the needs of users' differentiated information. Archives website, as a new platform of archives resource service, must adapt to the trend of the times. At present, the construction of archival information digitized resources and the achievements of network information service have created the conditions for it to develop the focus service to some extent, but there are still some shortcomings, such as the website information to be ordered, the retrieval function to be strengthened. As a model of focus communication, the NARA website strengthens the retrieval function, interactive function, page update and maintenance, etc. For our country archives website to carry out the focus service has the very big reference significance. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the construction of the focus service of NARA website, combined with the actual situation of our country, this paper puts forward the service promotion strategy of the archives website of our country in the focus era. The basic steps are: "grouping users-integrating information resources-planning services-perfecting retrieval functions-establishing feedback mechanisms". At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth development and operation of the service, security measures are put forward from the aspects of personnel, funds and security.
