【摘要】：現(xiàn)在世界已進(jìn)入場(chǎng)景時(shí)代,場(chǎng)景取代了信息入口,需求由場(chǎng)景而定,服務(wù)應(yīng)場(chǎng)景而生。面對(duì)場(chǎng)景的時(shí)代,圖書館必須要實(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)景服務(wù),提高其服務(wù)水平。文章分析了場(chǎng)景服務(wù)的核心要素,確立了實(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)景服務(wù)的主要途徑:樹(shù)立場(chǎng)景服務(wù)的新思維,構(gòu)建高水平的服務(wù)場(chǎng)景,確立場(chǎng)景服務(wù)的基本架構(gòu),完成場(chǎng)景服務(wù)的重要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Now the world has entered the scene age, scene has replaced the information entry, the requirement is based on the scene, and the service is born according to the scene. Facing the era of scene, library must realize scene service and improve its service level. This paper analyzes the core elements of scene service, and establishes the main ways to realize scene service: setting up new thinking of scene service, constructing high level service scene, establishing the basic structure of scene service, and completing the important content of scene service.
