【摘要】：本文從英國、美國等國實物地質(zhì)資料管理模式、收、管、用等幾個方面,分析其優(yōu)勢和特色。對比我國現(xiàn)階段實物地質(zhì)資料管理服務現(xiàn)狀,為我國未來實物地質(zhì)資料工作提供借鑒。經(jīng)分析可知,這些國家實物地質(zhì)資料管理機構設置較合理、管理工作有法可依、投入較大、自動化程度較高、服務方式多樣。對我國實物地質(zhì)資料管理服務工作啟示:應加強對全球各國實物地質(zhì)資料管理現(xiàn)狀的了解程度、提高科技創(chuàng)新能力支撐服務利用、借鑒其工作模式、提高與實物地質(zhì)資料管理強國的對外合作水平、健全完善的法律法規(guī)、建立《中長期全國實物地質(zhì)資料館藏規(guī)劃》。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the advantages and characteristics of physical geological data management model, collection, management and application in Britain and the United States are analyzed. This paper compares the present situation of physical geological data management service in China, and provides reference for future geological data management in China. Through the analysis, we can know that these countries' physical geological data management institutions are more reasonable, the management work has legal basis, the investment is large, the automation degree is high, the service way is various. The enlightenment to the management service of physical geological data in China is as follows: we should strengthen the understanding of the present situation of the physical geological data management in various countries of the world, improve the support and utilization of the scientific and technological innovation ability, and draw lessons from its working mode. To improve the level of foreign cooperation with the powerful countries in the management of physical geological data, to perfect laws and regulations, and to establish the "Medium- and Long-Term National Plan for the Collection of physical Geological data".
