【摘要】：[目的/意義]針對(duì)當(dāng)前戰(zhàn)略情報(bào)分析工作中存在的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作不足、任務(wù)重疊和分工不明確等問(wèn)題,依托M.C.Robert提出的"以目標(biāo)為中心"的情報(bào)分析思想,以建模思想為基礎(chǔ),提出了針對(duì)欲求目標(biāo)進(jìn)行情報(bào)分析的"目標(biāo)模型關(guān)系法"。[方法/過(guò)程]通過(guò)對(duì)南海武裝沖突可能性的分析,詳細(xì)闡述了此方法的具體應(yīng)用流程。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]該方法在處理戰(zhàn)略情報(bào)問(wèn)題上的實(shí)用性和優(yōu)勢(shì)得以驗(yàn)證,為戰(zhàn)略情報(bào)分析方法的創(chuàng)新提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in view of the problems existing in the current strategic information analysis work, such as insufficient teamwork, overlapping tasks and unclear division of labor, it relies on the "goal-centered" intelligence analysis thought proposed by M.C.Robert, which is based on the idea of modeling. In this paper, a target model relation method for information analysis of desired target is put forward. Based on the analysis of the possibility of armed conflict in the South China Sea, the application flow of this method is described in detail. [results / conclusion] the practicability and advantage of this method in dealing with strategic information problems can be verified, which provides a reference for the innovation of strategic information analysis method.
