人文社科領域引進創(chuàng)新人才學術成長效能實證研究——以高校A為例

【摘要】:[目的 /意義]對影響人文社科領域引進人才績效的因素進行多方面的實證研究,有助于考察引進人才在聘期內的學術能力成長效能,建立合理的考核評價指標。[方法 /過程]通過相關性分析和回歸分析等方法,以高校A引進人文社科領域創(chuàng)新人才為數據樣本,從人才引進時人員的基本情況、學術產出、科研資金投入、學術影響力和合作關系等方面構建影響該類人員引進效能評估的指標體系。[結果/結論]人文社科領域人才引進效能受到人員引進前基本情況的影響,其學術產出、科研投入、合作情況和影響力逐層對其成長效能產生有效影響,其中以關鍵作者身份發(fā)文數量、依托引進單位發(fā)文數量、專著數量、獲得該單位資助科研金額、引進前合作學者數量和CSSCI被引次數等變量呈現較好的評價效果。人文社科引進人才的常用指標在回歸分析時出現了相互影響,需要對同一數據類型中自相關較高或共線性較高的因素進行選擇。多方面考察的同時,選擇有代表性的指標方能有效地揭示引進人才的成長效能。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to make an empirical study on the factors affecting the performance of talent introduction in the field of humanities and social sciences, which is helpful to investigate the growth efficiency of the academic ability of the imported talents in the employment period and to establish a reasonable evaluation index. [method / process] by means of correlation analysis and regression analysis, taking the introduction of innovative talents in the field of humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities as a data sample, from the basic situation of personnel, academic output and investment of scientific research funds at the time of the introduction of talents, The influence of academic influence and the relationship of cooperation and other aspects of the impact of the introduction of this type of personnel evaluation index system. [results / conclusion] the effectiveness of talent introduction in the field of humanities and social sciences is affected by the basic situation before the introduction of personnel, and its academic output, scientific research input, cooperation and influence have an effective effect on its growth effectiveness. Among them, the number of papers issued as the key author, the number of papers issued by the imported units and the number of monographs, the amount of scientific research funded by the unit, the number of cooperative scholars before the introduction and the number of CSSCI cited by CSSCI show better evaluation results. The commonly used indexes of introducing talents in humanities and social sciences are influenced by each other in regression analysis, so it is necessary to select the factors with higher autocorrelation or higher collinearity in the same data type. At the same time, selecting representative indicators can effectively reveal the growth efficiency of imported talents.
