【摘要】：江蘇省水文年鑒復(fù)刊作為當(dāng)前比較重要的一項(xiàng)工作,在保證復(fù)刊資料與原底稿一致的情況下,通常是采用由江蘇省水文局統(tǒng)一提供的南方片資料整編軟件和匯編排版軟件對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,從而生成最終的年鑒文件。與此同時(shí),也需要對(duì)底稿中存在的問題進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的審查處理。對(duì)江蘇省水文年鑒復(fù)刊過程中數(shù)據(jù)處理的背景研究、水文年鑒復(fù)刊工作所需要的相關(guān)資料及其軟件的準(zhǔn)備過程、數(shù)據(jù)處理程序以及復(fù)刊過程中存在的一些問題及其處理方式等方面的情況作了介紹,并著重對(duì)紙質(zhì)版的水文資料整編成果生成最終的電子版年鑒文件過程中的數(shù)據(jù)處理情況,進(jìn)行了分析,研究成果及經(jīng)驗(yàn)可為類似的復(fù)刊項(xiàng)目提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:As an important task at present, the republication of Jiangsu Hydrological Yearbook ensures that the reprint data are consistent with the original manuscript. The related data are usually processed by the software of data integration and assembly and typesetting provided by Jiangsu Hydrographic Bureau, so as to produce the final yearbook document. At the same time, we also need to examine and deal with the problems in the manuscript. This paper studies the background of data processing in the process of hydrological yearbook republication in Jiangsu Province, the relevant materials needed in the republication of hydrological yearbook and the preparation process of its software. This paper introduces some problems existing in the process of data processing as well as some problems in the process of republication, and puts emphasis on the data processing in the process of producing the final electronic version of the yearbook document by integrating the hydrological data of the paper version. The research results and experiences can be used for reference for similar projects.
