【摘要】：作為一種地域文化現(xiàn)象,清水江文書(shū)在當(dāng)?shù)仄毡橥ㄐ?歸功于其積極有效的約束力,這種約束力正是基于當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)的信任關(guān)系。尋求確定與化繁為簡(jiǎn)是生活在時(shí)間中的人的基本需求,而信任關(guān)系的確立實(shí)現(xiàn)了這一需求。信任訴諸領(lǐng)地與邊界,并通過(guò)領(lǐng)地與邊界獲得空間化的確認(rèn)。文書(shū)可以視為信任的物化表征,中人機(jī)制扮演了信任關(guān)系的結(jié)構(gòu)要件,而熟人社會(huì)的聲譽(yù)與面子則為信任提供不竭的精神動(dòng)力。這一切需要一個(gè)前提,即官府的存在,它為民間社會(huì)通過(guò)文書(shū)實(shí)現(xiàn)諧調(diào)與自治提供了不可或缺的威權(quán)保證。
[Abstract]:As a regional cultural phenomenon, the text book of Qingshui River is popular in the local area, due to its positive and effective binding force, which is based on the trust relationship of the local society. The boundary, and the recognition of the spatialization through the territory and the border. The document can be regarded as the materialized representation of trust. The mechanism of the Chinese people plays the structural elements of the trust relationship, and the reputation and face of the acquaintance society provides an inexhaustible spiritual motive for trust. Now, harmony and autonomy provide an indispensable power guarantee.
