【摘要】：全球開放獲取(Open Access,OA)期刊的發(fā)展越來越受重視,持續(xù)關(guān)注全球OA期刊的進展可為我國OA期刊的發(fā)展提供參考和借鑒。本文對2016年全球重要OA期刊利益相關(guān)者,包括政府機構(gòu)、資助機構(gòu)、科研教育機構(gòu)、出版商、國際組織、學會/協(xié)會等進行動態(tài)跟蹤和掃描,整理并分析2016年全球OA期刊的最新發(fā)展趨勢和熱點問題。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),2016年全球OA期刊繁榮發(fā)展,并得到多方利益相關(guān)者的支持和推動,同時OA期刊也面臨一些質(zhì)量問題和發(fā)展問題。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the development of Open access (OAA) journals in the world. Continuous attention to the progress of global OA periodicals can provide reference and reference for the development of OA periodicals in China. In this paper, stakeholders of major OA journals in 2016, including government agencies, funding institutions, scientific and educational institutions, publishers, international organizations, societies / associations, etc., are dynamically tracked and scanned. The latest trends and hot issues of 2016 global OA journals are summarized and analyzed. The results show that the global OA periodicals are prosperous and developed in 2016 with the support and promotion of multiple stakeholders. At the same time, OA journals also face some quality and development problems.
