【摘要】：協(xié)同管理是推動高校電子文件管理發(fā)展的重要手段。本文指出高校電子文件協(xié)同管理存在缺乏一致性共識、存有銜接差距、整體規(guī)劃不完善、制度有待深化等問題,從目標協(xié)同、技術(shù)協(xié)同、保障協(xié)同、流程協(xié)同和制度協(xié)同等五個方面,提出加強高校電子文件協(xié)同管理的對策。
[Abstract]:Collaborative management is an important means to promote the development of electronic document management in colleges and universities. This paper points out that there is a lack of consensus in the collaborative management of electronic documents in colleges and universities, and there are some problems, such as the convergence gap, the imperfect overall planning, the deepening of the system, and so on. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the cooperative management of electronic documents in colleges and universities from five aspects: process coordination and system coordination.
