【摘要】：戴志騫是一位接受過美國圖書館學專業(yè)教育的我國現(xiàn)代圖書館先驅(qū)。在其領(lǐng)導下,清華學校圖書館率先設立參考部以開展參考服務。文章通過梳理中英文史料,考察了戴志騫對參考服務的認識過程,辨析了清華學校圖書館參考部的設置時間及其名稱與職能的演變情況,詳細介紹了其開展參考服務的舉措,包括積極擴充參考資料、向讀者提供閱讀指導、與其他圖書館聯(lián)合開展館際互借服務等。在當時極其有限的條件下,清華學校圖書館積極開展參考服務,引領(lǐng)并推動了我國圖書館界參考服務發(fā)展,其歷史功績值得銘記。
[Abstract]:Dai Zhiqian is a pioneer of Chinese modern library who has received professional education in library science in America. Under its leadership, Tsinghua University Library took the lead in setting up a reference department to carry out reference services. By combing the historical data of Chinese and English, this paper investigates Dai Zhiqian's understanding of reference service, discriminates and analyzes the time of setting up reference department of Tsinghua school library and the evolution of its name and function, and introduces in detail its measures to carry out reference service. These include actively expanding reference materials, providing readers with reading guidance, and developing interlibrary loan services jointly with other libraries. Under the extremely limited conditions at that time, the Tsinghua University Library actively developed reference services, which led and promoted the development of reference services in the library circle of our country, and its historical achievements are worth bearing in mind.
