【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著檔案事業(yè)的發(fā)展,檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)逐步發(fā)展起來(lái)。檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)主要以承接企事業(yè)單位或是檔案館的檔案業(yè)務(wù)來(lái)運(yùn)行。這種將檔案業(yè)務(wù)外包給市場(chǎng)的檔案管理模式其實(shí)質(zhì)為檔案的社會(huì)化管理,能夠有效降低企業(yè)成本,提高檔案管理水平。本文將從檔案學(xué)、管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)三個(gè)維度來(lái)闡釋檔案社會(huì)化管理的可行性,從社會(huì)整體、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、行政體制改革、制度的規(guī)范、信息技術(shù)發(fā)展五個(gè)維度詮釋檔案社會(huì)化管理的必然性,并以此闡明檔案社會(huì)化管理是合理的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of archives, archives intermediary organizations gradually develop. Archives intermediary institutions mainly to undertake enterprises or archives business to run. This kind of archives management mode, which outsource the archives business to the market, is in essence the social management of archives, which can effectively reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the level of archives management. This paper will explain the feasibility of the social management of archives from the three dimensions of archives, management and economics, including the whole society, the economic benefits, the reform of the administrative system, the regulation of the system. The five dimensions of information technology development explain the inevitability of file socialization management, and expound that file socialization management is reasonable.
