【摘要】：豐富的個(gè)人實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷和整個(gè)時(shí)代背景的影響,使秦翰才形成了自己的檔案學(xué)思想,《檔案科學(xué)管理法》作為其檔案學(xué)思想的集中體現(xiàn),反映了他超前的檔案意識(shí)并對(duì)當(dāng)代文書檔案工作仍有很大的借鑒價(jià)值。而其檔案學(xué)思想的形成與他個(gè)人所具備的素養(yǎng)是有密不可分的聯(lián)系的,愛國敬業(yè)的情懷和信仰、豐富的文檔實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和綜合的業(yè)務(wù)素養(yǎng)是秦翰才檔案學(xué)思想形成的重要條件,他在實(shí)踐和學(xué)術(shù)成就中所體現(xiàn)出的這些優(yōu)秀個(gè)人素養(yǎng),對(duì)當(dāng)代檔案工作者素養(yǎng)的形成有很好的啟發(fā)作用。
[Abstract]:Because of the rich personal experience and the influence of the whole era background, Qin Hancai formed his own archival thought, and the Archives Science Management Law was taken as the concentrated embodiment of his archival thought. It reflects his advanced archival consciousness and still has great reference value for contemporary clerical archival work. The formation of his archival thought is inextricably related to his personal accomplishment. Patriotic feelings and beliefs, rich practical experience in documents and comprehensive professional literacy are the important conditions for the formation of Qin Hancai's archival thought. These outstanding personal qualities embodied in his practice and academic achievements have a good enlightening effect on the formation of the modern archival workers' literacy.
