【摘要】：本文在闡釋檔案內(nèi)部服務(wù)內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,分析內(nèi)部服務(wù)對檔案工作者滿意度、檔案公共服務(wù)和用戶滿意度的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了內(nèi)部服務(wù)導(dǎo)向的檔案公共服務(wù)模式,這種模式不僅有利于提高檔案工作者工作績效和服務(wù)價(jià)值,而且有利于提升檔案用戶滿意度,激發(fā)檔案用戶忠誠度,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)檔案館多元價(jià)值和社會(huì)地位的提升。
[Abstract]:On the basis of explaining the connotation of internal service of archives, this paper analyzes the influence of internal service on the satisfaction of archivists, public service of archives and the satisfaction of users, and on this basis, it constructs a public service mode of archives oriented by internal services. This model can not only improve the performance and service value of archivists, but also promote the satisfaction of archival users, stimulate the loyalty of archival users, and then promote the multivariate value and social status of archives.
