【摘要】：針對開放出版對學(xué)術(shù)圖書館信息資源建設(shè)的影響,提出學(xué)術(shù)圖書館的應(yīng)對策略,保障圖書館的資源建設(shè)和知識服務(wù)能力。探討了開放出版的業(yè)務(wù)模式以及其對圖書館信息資源建設(shè)的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇,對國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)圖書館參與開放出版的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和分析。在開放共享的學(xué)術(shù)交流時(shí)代,學(xué)術(shù)圖書館必須順應(yīng)時(shí)代要求,提升對開放存取出版的認(rèn)識,從人才、技術(shù)以及知識研究等方面做好儲備,并重視和加強(qiáng)圖書館之間的合作,才能改變現(xiàn)有的信息資源建設(shè)模式,從被動(dòng)應(yīng)對到通過競爭采購開放出版服務(wù)而獲得更多的權(quán)利和空間,為圖書館信息資源建設(shè)能力的擴(kuò)展和延伸提供可能和途徑。
[Abstract]:In view of the influence of open publishing on the construction of information resources of academic libraries, the countermeasures of academic libraries are put forward to ensure the construction of resources and the ability of knowledge services of libraries. This paper probes into the business model of open publishing and its challenges and opportunities to the construction of library information resources, and sums up and analyzes the practical activities of academic libraries at home and abroad in participating in open publishing. In the era of open and shared academic exchange, academic libraries must comply with the requirements of the times, enhance their understanding of open access publishing, make good reserves in terms of talents, technology and knowledge research, and attach importance to and strengthen cooperation among libraries. Only then can we change the existing information resource construction mode and obtain more rights and space from passive response to the purchase of open publishing services through competition, and provide the possibility and approach for the expansion and extension of library information resources construction capacity.
