【摘要】：目的基于文獻計量學分析我國中藥濕敷法的臨床護理應用現(xiàn)狀,總結規(guī)律,為臨床應用和科學研究提供經驗和借鑒。方法計算機檢索中國學術期刊全文數據庫(CNKI)2000-2014年間發(fā)表的有關中藥濕敷法臨床護理應用的文獻,對其年份、作者、作者單位、被引頻次、合著率、基金資助及疾病分布情況進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果共納入文獻386篇,分別發(fā)表在160種期刊上,文獻數量總體呈上升趨勢;第一作者來自我國22個省、4個直轄市、4個自治區(qū);研究機構以綜合性醫(yī)院為主;文獻被引頻次在10次以上的有33篇,最高被引頻次為54次;但是文獻合著率及總體被引頻次較低,科研基金資助少。結論中藥濕敷法這一中醫(yī)護理技術日益受到人們的重視,但是相關研究還需拓寬深度和廣度,相關人員之間的交流和聯(lián)系需加強,科研基金的投入也需加大。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the present situation of clinical nursing application of Chinese traditional medicine wet compress method based on bibliometrics, summarize the rule, and provide experience and reference for clinical application and scientific research. Methods to search the literature published by CNKI from 2000 to 2014 on the clinical nursing application of traditional Chinese medicine wet compress method, the author's unit, citation frequency and coauthor rate were searched by computer. Fund support and disease distribution were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 386 papers were included, published in 160 journals respectively, and the number of literatures was on the rise. The first author was from 22 provinces, 4 municipalities and 4 autonomous regions, and the main research institutions were general hospitals. There were 33 papers cited more than 10 times, the highest citation frequency was 54 times, but the co-authorship rate and total citation frequency were lower, and the scientific research fund was less. Conclusion people pay more and more attention to the traditional Chinese medicine wet compress method, but the related research needs to widen the depth and breadth, the communication and connection between the related personnel need to be strengthened, and the investment of scientific research fund should also be increased.
