【摘要】：圖書館精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)是建立在數(shù)據(jù)化認(rèn)知建構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,以為用戶提供個性化服務(wù)為核心,以創(chuàng)新圖書館服務(wù)模式為目標(biāo)。它可以適應(yīng)時代和圖書館發(fā)展的要求,更好體現(xiàn)"用戶至上"的服務(wù)理念,推動面向用戶個性發(fā)展的圖書館改革和創(chuàng)新,通過技術(shù)的驅(qū)動和圖書館學(xué)理論的創(chuàng)新不斷向前發(fā)展。在實踐過程中,圖書館精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)是由服務(wù)、用戶、數(shù)據(jù)信息和館員綜合連接形成的一套閉合性系統(tǒng),在用戶個性化需求分析、服務(wù)路徑選擇、個性化資源推薦、用戶狀態(tài)可視化等方面表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)大的生命力和良好發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:The precision service of library is based on the construction of digital cognition, which is the core of providing individualized service for users and aiming at innovating the service mode of library. It can adapt to the requirements of the times and library development, better reflect the service concept of "user first", promote the library reform and innovation oriented to the development of user personality, and develop continuously through the driving of technology and the innovation of library science theory. In the process of practice, library precision service is a closed system formed by service, user, data information and librarian. User state visualization and other aspects show strong vitality and good prospects for development.
