【摘要】：[目的 /意義]數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)是智庫發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),通過調(diào)研國內(nèi)高校智庫數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,為高校圖書館開展相關(guān)服務(wù)提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)和參考。[方法 /過程]基于中國智庫索引平臺,通過網(wǎng)站調(diào)研,對254所高校智庫數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進行歸類和總結(jié),重點分析37個高校智庫數(shù)據(jù)庫的建設(shè)情況。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]高校智庫數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)存在建庫比例低、智庫知識庫缺乏、合作共享少、智庫成果開發(fā)利用度低、檢索功能不強以及更新和維護不及時等問題,高校圖書館可以從加強智庫專題庫和知識庫建設(shè)、加強智庫知識資源共建共享、加快智庫決策信息平臺建設(shè)、提升智庫檢索功能以及建立數(shù)據(jù)庫可持續(xù)發(fā)展機制等方面入手,加強高校圖書館智庫服務(wù)能力。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] Database construction is an important basis for the development of think-tanks. Through investigating the present situation and existing problems of the database construction of domestic university think tanks, the paper provides practical basis and reference for university libraries to carry out related services. [methods] based on the index platform of Chinese think-tank, this paper classifies and summarizes the status of database construction of 254 university think tanks, and analyzes the construction of 37 university think tanks database. [results / conclusion] there are some problems in the database construction of think tanks in colleges and universities, such as low proportion of database construction, lack of knowledge base, lack of cooperation and sharing, low degree of exploitation and utilization of the achievements of think tanks, weak retrieval function, and lack of timely updating and maintenance. The university library can start with strengthening the construction of special topic and knowledge base of think-tank, strengthening the co-construction and sharing of knowledge resources of think-tank, speeding up the construction of decision-making information platform of think-tank, improving the retrieval function of think-tank and establishing the mechanism of sustainable development of database, etc. Strengthening the service ability of university library think tank.
