【摘要】：[目的/意義]針對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)期刊多屬性評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中指標(biāo)權(quán)重獲取的問(wèn)題,提出一種基于因子分析-DEMATEL定權(quán)法的期刊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。[方法/過(guò)程]考慮到評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)間一般存在相關(guān)共線并相互影響的關(guān)系,首先利用因子分析消除指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)共線性,并確定指標(biāo)的客觀權(quán)重;然后引進(jìn)DEMATEL方法分析各指標(biāo)間的相互影響關(guān)系,由此確定指標(biāo)的主觀權(quán)重并對(duì)客觀權(quán)重進(jìn)行修正,得到指標(biāo)的組合權(quán)重;最后,基于組合權(quán)重對(duì)期刊進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]以圖書情報(bào)類期刊為研究對(duì)象,研究結(jié)果表明,該方法能夠充分綜合主觀與客觀兩方面的權(quán)重,是一種有效的權(quán)重確定方法,對(duì)期刊的綜合評(píng)價(jià)是科學(xué)可行的。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to solve the problem of obtaining index weights in the process of multi-attribute evaluation of academic journals, a comprehensive evaluation model of journals based on factor analysis and DEMATEL weight method is proposed. [method / process] considering that there is a correlation collinearity and mutual influence among evaluation indexes, factor analysis is used to eliminate the correlation collinearity and determine the objective weight of the index. Then the DEMATEL method is introduced to analyze the interaction between the indexes, and then the subjective weight of the index is determined and the objective weight is revised to get the combined weight of the index. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of the journal based on the combined weight is carried out. [results / conclusion] taking library and information journals as the research object, the results show that this method can fully integrate subjective and objective weights, and is an effective method to determine the weights of journals, and the comprehensive evaluation of periodicals is scientific and feasible.
