【摘要】：在京津冀區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展大背景下,科技資源作為區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)和戰(zhàn)略資源,其共享直接影響著科技創(chuàng)新成果的有效利用。本文以京津冀科技資源整合、共享為目標(biāo),將科技資源數(shù)據(jù)與地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)相結(jié)合,建設(shè)集科技資源查詢、空間統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、地圖可視化、決策支撐、數(shù)據(jù)共享服務(wù)等功能于一體的京津冀科技資源數(shù)字地圖服務(wù)平臺(tái),為政府部門和公眾提供直觀、全面、具有空間分析特征的科技資源信息服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, scientific and technological resources, as the foundation and strategic resources of regional scientific and technological innovation, its sharing directly affects the effective utilization of scientific and technological innovation achievements. Aiming at the integration and sharing of scientific and technological resources between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper combines the data of scientific and technological resources with GIS (Geographic Information system) to build scientific and technological resources query, spatial statistics and analysis, map visualization, decision support, etc. The digital map service platform of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei science and technology resources, which has the functions of data sharing service, provides the scientific and technological resources information service with the characteristics of spatial analysis for the government departments and the public.
