【摘要】：知識共創(chuàng)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)在服務(wù)創(chuàng)新中整合多邊資源的關(guān)鍵路徑。本文分析了服務(wù)創(chuàng)新過程中知識共創(chuàng)的內(nèi)涵、特征和多主體參與趨勢,將其他利益相關(guān)者納入知識共創(chuàng)過程,構(gòu)建了多主體參與知識共創(chuàng)過程的整合分析框架,闡述了各參與主體在知識共創(chuàng)過程各階段中的角色、地位,從多個(gè)視角對不同階段的差異性進(jìn)行對比分析,最后指出了本領(lǐng)域的未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:Knowledge creation has become the key path for enterprises to integrate multilateral resources in service innovation. This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and multi-agent participation trend of knowledge creation in the process of service innovation, brings other stakeholders into the process of knowledge creation, and constructs an integrated analysis framework of multi-agent participation in the process of knowledge creation. This paper expounds the roles and status of the participants in the process of knowledge creation, compares and analyzes the differences in different stages from several angles of view, and finally points out the future research direction of this field.
