【摘要】：針對(duì)我國高校對(duì)中國周邊國家文獻(xiàn)資源收藏整體匱乏的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合國家"一帶一路"大戰(zhàn)略背景下高校學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的演變及其帶來的驅(qū)動(dòng)效應(yīng),面向科研人員開展"一帶一路"沿線國別或區(qū)域研究所產(chǎn)生的新的文獻(xiàn)需求,對(duì)比美國在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后體系化收藏亞洲文獻(xiàn)的戰(zhàn)略舉措,從我國國家戰(zhàn)略保障層面出發(fā),聚焦區(qū)域研究文獻(xiàn)資源建設(shè)的整體布局,著重探討了中國周邊國家文獻(xiàn)資源合作共建的機(jī)制體制創(chuàng)新等相關(guān)問題,并提出我國高校圖書館系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)�；詹刂袊苓厙椅墨I(xiàn)資源的頂層設(shè)計(jì)框架。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of literature resources collection in China's surrounding countries, the evolution of academic ecological environment in colleges and universities and its driving effect under the background of national "Belt and Road" strategy are considered. In order to meet the demand of scientific research personnel for the new documents produced by the national or regional research along the "Belt and Road", this paper compares the strategic measures of the United States in the systematic collection of Asian documents after the second World War, starting from the level of national strategic support of our country. Focusing on the overall layout of the construction of regional literature resources, this paper focuses on the related problems such as the mechanism and system innovation of the cooperative construction of literature resources in the peripheral countries of China, and puts forward the systematization of university libraries in China. A top-level design framework for collecting literature resources in China's surrounding countries on a large scale.
