【摘要】：在學術(shù)圖書館中用戶需求驅(qū)動資源建設(shè)不斷增長的背景下,需求驅(qū)動采購模式會對傳統(tǒng)的學術(shù)傳播供應鏈產(chǎn)生直接的影響,了解需求驅(qū)動采購的模式和標準對圖書館的資源建設(shè)工作有著重要意義。文章對需求驅(qū)動采購的模式、存在的問題和國際標準的要則進行了介紹和分析,并對DDA的實際應用提出了建議。在電子圖書的用戶驅(qū)動采購模式將成為常態(tài)的大趨勢下,圖書館的資源建設(shè)仍然有更大的發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:In the context of the increasing demand driven resource construction in the academic library, the demand driven procurement model will have a direct impact on the traditional academic communication supply chain. Understanding the mode and standard of demand driven procurement is of great significance to the work of the library resources construction. The problems and the key rules of international standards are introduced and analyzed, and the practical application of DDA is suggested. Under the trend of the user driven procurement model of e-books, the library resources construction still has a greater development space.
