【摘要】：正電網建設項目檔案來源廣泛、類型多樣、內容龐雜,一直以來都是廣東電網公司檔案管理的重點和難點。2012年,廣東電網公司啟動工程建設規(guī)范管理"登高"工作,以自查自糾、現場檢查、總結整改為主要方式,以工程建設規(guī)范管理、工程項目檔案專項檢查、承包商考核扣分檢查為主要內容。這項工作使檔案管理成為工程項目管理的重要組成部分。通過幾年來的實踐,廣東電網公司電網建設項目檔案管理成效顯著,屢獲廣東省重大建設項目檔案"金冊獎"。
