【摘要】：俄羅斯聯(lián)邦檔案署以開放數(shù)據(jù)為核心,制定了至2018年的開放機(jī)制計(jì)劃,首次設(shè)立了公共委員會(huì)并組織召集了顧問組,對于促進(jìn)俄羅斯聯(lián)邦檔案決策的自由、公平和透明具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The Russian Federation Archives Service, with open data at its core, developed an open mechanism plan up to 2018, established for the first time a public committee and organized an advisory group to promote the freedom of decision-making in the archives of the Russian Federation, Fairness and transparency are important.
