高校師生開放獲取與共享行為的引導(dǎo)研究

【摘要】:開放獲取是指可以在公共網(wǎng)絡(luò)下免費(fèi)獲取資源,允許任何用戶閱讀、下載、復(fù)制、分發(fā)、打印、檢索、鏈接或索引該文獻(xiàn)的全文,用于其他法律允許的用途。開放獲取對學(xué)術(shù)的有效傳播大有裨益,因此成為我國近幾年著力發(fā)展的事業(yè)。在借鑒歐美國家的經(jīng)驗后,經(jīng)過一系列的嘗試,我國開放獲取期刊和機(jī)構(gòu)知識庫逐步建立;另一方面,由于我國高校師生對開放獲取的了解不夠深入,開放獲取運(yùn)動進(jìn)展并不順利,之前嘗試過的一些辦法,也漸漸無人問津。于是,在信息化高度發(fā)展的今天,如何正確引導(dǎo)開放獲行為取顯得尤為重要。高校師生參與到開放獲取運(yùn)動中,可以加速學(xué)術(shù)傳播,避免學(xué)術(shù)重復(fù)創(chuàng)新。本文以高校師生為研究對象,了解他們對開放獲取運(yùn)動所持的態(tài)度,并通過調(diào)查研究,試圖建立方法來引導(dǎo)他們的獲取與共享行為。本文采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研法、問卷調(diào)研法、以及對比分析法進(jìn)行研究。首先通過大量的資料搜集,找到高校師生愿意或者不愿意參與開放獲取的原因,并通過問卷調(diào)查方法來確定高校師生對開放獲取的態(tài)度。得出高校師生不參與開放獲取運(yùn)動的原因是:版權(quán)不清晰、費(fèi)用昂貴、科研評價體系限制等因素;其次,在確定了高校師生對開放獲取與共享行為態(tài)度之后,通過對PLo S、DOAJ、中國科技論文在線、廈門大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)典藏庫、小木蟲等,進(jìn)行對比分析,找到國內(nèi)和國外開放獲取平臺的差距,國內(nèi)主要的原因是:學(xué)科覆蓋不均衡、版權(quán)過度保護(hù)、語言障礙、開放獲取平臺的維護(hù)不夠等問題。因此,在基于這些問題上,本文出了適合我國國情的開放獲取與共享模式——“經(jīng)驗值”獲取與共享的模式,以便吸引廣大的師生參與進(jìn)來;本文也針對問卷調(diào)查中所遇到的問題出針對性的解決措施,例如變革科研評價體系、供經(jīng)費(fèi)、成立專家團(tuán)隊、加大宣傳、語言教學(xué)和學(xué)科結(jié)合等措施。
[Abstract]:Open access refers to the free access to resources under the public network, allowing any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, retrieve, link or index the full text of the document for other purposes permitted by law. Open access is of great benefit to the effective dissemination of learning, so it has become the cause of our country's development in recent years. After learning from the experience of European and American countries, after a series of attempts, the open access periodicals and institutional knowledge base have been gradually established in our country. On the other hand, due to the lack of deep understanding of open access among teachers and students in colleges and universities in our country, The open-access movement is not going smoothly, and some of the methods that have been tried before have gradually gone unnoticed. Therefore, in the highly developed information today, how to guide the behavior of open acquisition is particularly important. The participation of teachers and students in the open access movement can speed up academic dissemination and avoid academic duplication and innovation. This paper takes the teachers and students of colleges and universities as the research object to understand their attitude towards the open access movement and try to establish a method to guide their acquisition and sharing behavior through the investigation and research. In this paper, literature research, questionnaire survey, and comparative analysis were used to study. First of all, through a large amount of data collection, find out the reasons why teachers and students are willing or unwilling to participate in open access, and determine the attitude of college teachers and students towards open access through questionnaire survey. The reasons why teachers and students do not participate in the open access movement are: the copyright is not clear, the cost is expensive, and the evaluation system of scientific research is limited. Secondly, after determining the attitude of teachers and students towards open access and sharing behavior, Through the comparative analysis of PLo Schi-DOAJ, China Science and Technology Paper online, Xiamen University academic Library, small Wood Worm and so on, this paper finds out the gap between domestic and foreign open access platforms. The main domestic reasons are: uneven subject coverage, excessive copyright protection, etc. Language barriers, open access platform maintenance is not enough and so on. Therefore, on the basis of these problems, this paper puts forward an open access and sharing mode, which is suitable for the national conditions of our country-"experience value" acquisition and sharing, in order to attract teachers and students to participate in it. This paper also aims at solving the problems encountered in the questionnaire survey, such as reforming the evaluation system of scientific research, providing funds, setting up expert teams, increasing propaganda, combining language teaching with discipline, and so on.
