【摘要】：本文提出了一種面向臨床診斷決策支持服務(wù)的醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)推薦方法,該方法首先對(duì)文獻(xiàn)關(guān)鍵詞從關(guān)鍵詞列表、Mesh標(biāo)準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)詞庫(kù)和縮略詞三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了規(guī)范化處理,并據(jù)此得到關(guān)鍵詞和文獻(xiàn)的完整對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。文章對(duì)相關(guān)處理方法的思路和細(xì)節(jié)都做了詳細(xì)的說明。然后,利用已知的患者癥狀描述信息,根據(jù)關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)形式來獲取目標(biāo)句子集合和診斷相關(guān)關(guān)鍵詞集合,并利用基于關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)形成的關(guān)鍵詞鏈接網(wǎng)絡(luò),本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種測(cè)度重要關(guān)鍵詞及其相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的查詢方法。最后,文章對(duì)相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)效果及其用戶滿意度評(píng)價(jià)都做了必要的說明。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a medical literature recommendation method for clinical diagnosis decision support service is proposed. Firstly, the key words of literature are standardized from three aspects: keyword list, mesh standard medical thesaurus and acronym. Based on this, the complete correspondence between keywords and literature is obtained. The article has made detailed explanation to the related processing method thought and the detail. Then, using the known patient symptom description information, the target sentence set and diagnosis related keyword set are obtained according to the cooccurrence form of keywords, and the keyword link network based on keyword co-occurrence is used. This paper designs a query method to measure important keywords and related documents. Finally, the related experimental results and the evaluation of user satisfaction are explained.
