【摘要】：管理理念決定著企業(yè)檔案管理工作的目標(biāo)定位、價值取向和行為方式。分析企業(yè)檔案管理理念存在的問題,目的在于為尋求解決問題的方法奠定基礎(chǔ)。我國企業(yè)檔案管理理念形成于幾十年的國家檔案事業(yè)建設(shè)與發(fā)展過程之中,目前正處于轉(zhuǎn)換觀念和調(diào)整角度的關(guān)鍵時期,存在著目標(biāo)模糊、數(shù)據(jù)割裂、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滯后、技術(shù)更新困難等與現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展的諸多不適應(yīng)問題,本文著重分析了上述問題的成因及其表現(xiàn),并初步提出了解決問題的思路。
[Abstract]:Management concept determines the target orientation, value orientation and behavior mode of enterprise archives management. The purpose of this paper is to lay a foundation for solving the problem. The concept of enterprise archives management in our country was formed in the course of the construction and development of the national archives cause for several decades. At present, it is in the key period of changing the concept and adjusting angle. This paper analyzes the causes and manifestations of the above problems, and puts forward some ideas to solve the problems.
