【摘要】：以上海交通大學(xué)圖書館為例,從面向?qū)W科資源建設(shè)的崗位設(shè)置改革、組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、學(xué)科資源梳理、學(xué)科資源比對等方面,對上海交通大學(xué)圖書館資源建設(shè)學(xué)科化的創(chuàng)新舉措進行解讀并從加強學(xué)科資源梳理與比對結(jié)果揭示、制訂學(xué)科資源梳理比對工作規(guī)范、強化學(xué)科資源梳理比對方法研究、重視學(xué)科用戶調(diào)研與意見征詢等角度對該舉措的可持續(xù)發(fā)展進行思考,從而為其他高校圖書館加強資源建設(shè)的學(xué)科化、強化學(xué)科館員在資源建設(shè)中的作用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Taking the library of Shanghai Jiaotong University as an example, from the aspects of post setting reform, organizational structure adjustment, subject resource combing, subject resource comparison and so on, This paper interprets the innovative measures of discipline construction of library resources of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and reveals the results of strengthening the combing and comparing of subject resources, formulates the work standard of subject resources combing and comparison, and strengthens the research on the methods of subject resources combing and comparing. The sustainable development of this measure should be considered from the perspectives of subject user investigation and consultation, so as to provide reference for other university libraries to strengthen the discipline of resource construction and strengthen the role of subject librarians in the construction of resources.
