【摘要】：[目的 /意義]近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)圖書(shū)館事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,對(duì)圖書(shū)館員這一職業(yè)的探討一直沒(méi)有停止,但對(duì)于圖書(shū)館員所處行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的發(fā)展關(guān)注較少。本研究希望通過(guò)了解日本圖書(shū)館行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的發(fā)展歷程和特點(diǎn),更好地促進(jìn)我國(guó)圖書(shū)館行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的發(fā)展。[方法 /過(guò)程]利用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法和內(nèi)容分析法重點(diǎn)分析日本圖書(shū)館協(xié)會(huì)、全國(guó)學(xué)校圖書(shū)館協(xié)議會(huì)、國(guó)立大學(xué)圖書(shū)館協(xié)會(huì)、專(zhuān)門(mén)圖書(shū)館協(xié)議會(huì)、醫(yī)學(xué)圖書(shū)館協(xié)會(huì)的發(fā)展概況和發(fā)展模式,然后歸納總結(jié)其特點(diǎn)。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]提出我國(guó)學(xué)會(huì)向協(xié)會(huì)過(guò)渡轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,發(fā)揮自主性和中介性,完善行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)組織系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理和建設(shè),完善和拓展協(xié)會(huì)職能的啟示。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] in recent years, with the vigorous development of library in China, the discussion of librarian has not stopped, but less attention has been paid to the development of librarian trade association. The purpose of this study is to better promote the development of library industry association in China by understanding the development process and characteristics of Japan Library Industry Association. [methods / process] using literature survey and content analysis methods to focus on the analysis of the Japan Library Association, the National Association of School Library agreements, the National Association of University Libraries, the Special Library Agreement Association, The development of medical library association and its development model, and then summarized its characteristics. [results / conclusion] the enlightenment of transforming and developing the society to the association, giving full play to the autonomy and intermediary, perfecting the organization system of the trade association, strengthening the internal management and construction, perfecting and expanding the function of the association are put forward.
