【摘要】：正高校電子檔案工作應(yīng)滿足"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"對(duì)于"連通"的功能性基本要求。大數(shù)據(jù)需要高校電子檔案工作能滿足其"融合"的功能性條件。從高校宏觀發(fā)展的高度重視高校電子檔案建設(shè)、管理和服務(wù)等各項(xiàng)工作�！秶�(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》指出"信息技術(shù)對(duì)教育發(fā)展具有革命性影響,必須予以高度重視"。信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和普及對(duì)高等教育產(chǎn)生的影響尤為顯著,基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各種應(yīng)用、系統(tǒng)、平臺(tái)等已經(jīng)成為教學(xué)、辦公、科研
[Abstract]:The work of electronic archives in colleges and universities should meet the basic functional requirements of "Internet" for "connectivity". Big data needs the work of electronic archives in colleges and universities to meet the functional conditions of "integration". From the macro development of colleges and universities, we should attach great importance to the construction, management and service of electronic archives in colleges and universities. "Information technology has a revolutionary impact on the development of education," the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program outline 2010-2020 points out. It must be given high priority. " The rapid development and popularization of information technology have a significant impact on higher education. Web-based applications, systems and platforms have become teaching, office and scientific research.
