【摘要】：發(fā)生在上世紀(jì)90年代西方哲學(xué)界關(guān)于檔案問(wèn)題的討論,尤其著名哲學(xué)家德里達(dá)的觀點(diǎn)啟示我們:大數(shù)據(jù)也都是檔案;其"動(dòng)態(tài)性與實(shí)時(shí)性"和未經(jīng)價(jià)值鑒定的"全數(shù)據(jù)"性質(zhì),均無(wú)礙其檔案之屬性。建議我國(guó)檔案行政管理部門加強(qiáng)對(duì)相關(guān)檔案學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論的研究和人才準(zhǔn)備,迎接未來(lái)對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:The discussion on archives occurred in the 1990s in western philosophical circles, especially the viewpoint of Derrida, a famous philosopher, which enlightens us that big data is also a file, that is, its "dynamic and real-time" and "full data" nature without value identification. Does not interfere with the properties of its files. It is suggested that the administrative department of archives in our country should strengthen the research on the basic theory of archives and prepare talents for the supervision of big data in the future.
