【摘要】：為適應(yīng)全民閱讀的發(fā)展,保障全民閱讀的順利進(jìn)行,本文探討分析了當(dāng)下全民閱讀公共服務(wù)體系存在的問題,有針對性地提出完善全民閱讀公共服務(wù)體系的對策建議,包括盡快完善公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),加大數(shù)字閱讀精品供給力度,加快資源共建共享進(jìn)程,加速建設(shè)系統(tǒng)的法律法規(guī)約束機(jī)制,建立健全全民閱讀財政投入和保障機(jī)制,充分應(yīng)用新興技術(shù)提供公共閱讀服務(wù)水平等,以期進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)全民閱讀,提升全民閱讀的深度和廣度。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the development of the whole people ' s reading and guarantee the smooth progress of the whole people ' s reading , this paper discusses the existing problems of the whole people ' s reading public service system , and puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the whole people ' s reading public service system , including perfecting the construction of public infrastructure as soon as possible , increasing the supply of digital reading products , speeding up the sharing process of resources co - construction , speeding up the construction system ' s laws and regulations , establishing and perfecting the public reading financial input and safeguard mechanism , fully applying the emerging technology to provide public reading service level and so on , so as to further advance the whole people ' s reading and improve the depth and breadth of the whole people ' s reading .
