【摘要】：正隨著全國(guó)農(nóng)村土地承包經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)確權(quán)登記頒證(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)"承包地確權(quán)")工作深入開(kāi)展,各地工作過(guò)程中形成的文件材料不斷增多,歸檔文件材料的收集和整理工作已提到日程。檔案行政管理部門(mén)只有充分認(rèn)識(shí)到承包地確權(quán)檔案的重要性,增強(qiáng)責(zé)任意識(shí),站在鞏固農(nóng)村基本經(jīng)營(yíng)制度、增強(qiáng)農(nóng)村發(fā)展活力、保障農(nóng)民財(cái)產(chǎn)性收入等高度,才能找到做好承包地確權(quán)檔案指導(dǎo)工作的切入點(diǎn)和有效方法,助力農(nóng)
[Abstract]:With the development of the registration and issuance of the right to the contracted management of rural land throughout the country (hereinafter referred to as "the right to confirm the contracted land"), the number of documents and materials formed throughout the work process is increasing. The collection and collation of archival documents has been put on schedule. The administrative department of archives only fully recognizes the importance of confirming the rights of contracted land, strengthens the sense of responsibility, stands at the height of consolidating the basic management system in rural areas, enhancing the vitality of rural development, and ensuring the peasants' property income, etc. Only then can we find the breakthrough point and effective method to guide the archives of confirming the right of contracted land, and help the agriculture.
