【摘要】:近年來,隨著各類IT和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)的紛繁迭出,人們在各類產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)之間的轉(zhuǎn)移現(xiàn)象愈發(fā)普遍。在用戶信息行為的研究中,用戶轉(zhuǎn)移行為的探索正在引發(fā)學界和業(yè)界的更多關(guān)注;谛畔⒐芾眍I(lǐng)域用戶轉(zhuǎn)移的相關(guān)文獻,文章首先對用戶轉(zhuǎn)移行為的概念進行界定,并將轉(zhuǎn)移行為的特點概括為復雜性、選擇性、緩慢性和動態(tài)性四個方面。隨后,文章將轉(zhuǎn)移行為歸納為三大類,即在不同媒介下用戶在產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)之間的轉(zhuǎn)移、在相同媒介下用戶在同質(zhì)產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)之間的轉(zhuǎn)移以及異質(zhì)產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)之間的轉(zhuǎn)移,并將IT產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)的使用情境分為娛樂型、社交型、商業(yè)型和工具型四類。然后,文章梳理了信息管理領(lǐng)域用戶轉(zhuǎn)移行為研究中常用的理論基礎(chǔ)。接著,從原有IT產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)的相關(guān)因素、替代IT產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)的相關(guān)因素、阻礙因素、社會因素和個人因素五個方面對用戶轉(zhuǎn)移行為的影響因素進行歸納總結(jié)。最后提出了若干未來研究展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the emergence of various kinds of IT and Internet products and services, the phenomenon of people transferring between products and services is becoming more and more common. In the research of user information behavior, the exploration of user transfer behavior is attracting more attention from academia and industry. Based on the related literature of user transfer in the field of information management, this paper defines the concept of user transfer behavior, and summarizes the characteristics of transfer behavior into four aspects: complexity, selectivity, slowness and dynamics. Then, the transfer behavior is divided into three categories: the transfer of users between products / services in different media, the transfer of users between homogeneous products / services in the same medium, and the transfer of heterogeneous products / services. The use of IT products / services is divided into four categories: entertainment, social, business and tool. Then, the paper combs the common theoretical basis of user transfer behavior in the field of information management. Then, it summarizes the influencing factors of user's transfer behavior from five aspects: the related factors of the original IT products / services, the related factors of replacing IT products / services, the factors of hindrance, the social factors and the personal factors. Finally, some future research prospects are put forward.
