地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)研究:以全國(guó)地質(zhì)資料館為例

【摘要】:地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源作為一種信息資源,其蘊(yùn)含的信息價(jià)值十分巨大。地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源類型豐富多樣,包括服務(wù)目錄體系、數(shù)字化數(shù)據(jù)資源、專題數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、元數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、服務(wù)產(chǎn)品庫(kù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源等。全國(guó)地質(zhì)資料館在以上地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源建設(shè)方面都取得了一定的成果。但是隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和信息技術(shù)的普及與發(fā)展,地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源在法規(guī)政策體系、共享機(jī)制、細(xì)粒度元數(shù)據(jù)信息采集及聯(lián)合編目、可視化管理與服務(wù)、關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)研究、原始地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源等方面還存在一些問題,而這些方面也是未來我國(guó)地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源管理和服務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。因此,本文結(jié)合地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源存在的問題與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出我國(guó)地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源未來發(fā)展要結(jié)合當(dāng)今世界的先進(jìn)理論和技術(shù),打破信息壁壘,建立相應(yīng)的法規(guī)政策體系,重視原始地質(zhì)資料的數(shù)字資源管理,聯(lián)合各級(jí)地質(zhì)資料館藏機(jī)構(gòu),從而有效提升地質(zhì)資料數(shù)字資源的管理與服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:As a kind of information resources, the digital resources of geological data contain great information value. The types of geological data digital resources are rich and diverse, including service catalogue system, digital data resources, thematic database, meta-database, service product database, network information resources and so on. The National Geological Archive has made some achievements in the construction of digital geological data resources. But with the popularization and development of computer and information technology, geological data digital resources in the system of laws and regulations, sharing mechanism, fine-grained metadata collection and joint cataloguing, visual management and service, related data research, There are still some problems in digital resources of original geological data, and these aspects are the development trend of digital resources management and service of geological data in China in the future. Therefore, according to the existing problems and development trend of geological data digital resources, this paper puts forward that the future development of geological data digital resources in China should combine with the advanced theories and technologies of the world, break down the information barrier, and establish the corresponding laws and regulations policy system. We should attach importance to the digital resource management of the original geological data and combine the geological data collection institutions at all levels so as to effectively improve the management and service level of the geological data digital resources.
