腦卒中研究論文合作分析

【摘要】:研究目的:探尋腦卒中領(lǐng)域的科研成果水平、科研合作規(guī)律,科研合作模式,為腦卒中研究人員理性選擇合作伙伴、生物醫(yī)學(xué)科技戰(zhàn)略管理決策提供參考依據(jù)。研究方法:1.文獻研究法2.科學(xué)計量學(xué)方法3.社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法4.詞頻分析法研究結(jié)果:1.腦卒中研究論文一般情況研究在腦卒中研究領(lǐng)域,我國年均SCI論文量僅為非SCI論文量的1/4,國內(nèi)SCI與國外SCI增長率相比,2010年以前后者大于前者,2010年以后前者大于后者。從論文質(zhì)量來看,國內(nèi)腦卒中研究SCI論文篇均被引次數(shù)僅為國外的1/2,零被引論文量為國外的1.5倍,國內(nèi)一半以上論文被引超過3次,國外一半以上論文被引超過8次。從合作一般情況來看,無論是SCI論文還是國內(nèi)非SCI論文,機構(gòu)合著率都小于作者合著率;機構(gòu)合作模式主要都是以2-3個機構(gòu)合作為主,作者合作模式隨著時間的推移在逐漸增加。2.我國腦卒中研究論文合作情況研究我國腦卒中研究SCI論文作者合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)涉及49849名作者,篇均作者數(shù)為3.492,平均聚類系數(shù)為0.019,總體合作較松散。SCI論文共涉及6615個機構(gòu),平均聚類系數(shù)為0.019,臺灣地區(qū)高校、科研機構(gòu)和哈佛大學(xué)對我國腦卒中的發(fā)展影響較深。英國、印度、美國、加拿大四個國家對我國腦卒中研究的國際化發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。我國非SCI論文作者合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)共涉及118114名作者,篇均作者數(shù)為1.232,平均聚類系數(shù)為0.0089,合作整體連接稀疏。機構(gòu)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)涉及19845個機構(gòu),平均聚類系數(shù)為0.003,機構(gòu)合作僅限于同一地區(qū)學(xué)校與附屬科研機構(gòu)之間。區(qū)域合作形成了以北京為中心的散射圖,聯(lián)系最密集的地區(qū)為以北京、四川、廣東、上海圍成的四邊形區(qū)域,西部和西北部與中東部地區(qū)之間的合作很少,中部與中東部、中東部與東北部之間的合作較頻繁。腦卒中研究熱點呈現(xiàn)出基礎(chǔ)研究向人文關(guān)懷的轉(zhuǎn)變,從腦卒中疾病認知與治療轉(zhuǎn)移到病人康復(fù)護理與預(yù)后。3.國際腦卒中研究論文合作情況研究國際腦卒中研究論文作者合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)共涉及461342名作者,篇均作者數(shù)為2.77,網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度為0.207,平均路徑長度為2.009,來自德國的Hacke,Werner處于國際腦卒中研究領(lǐng)域核心位置。機構(gòu)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)共涉及52259個科研機構(gòu),網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度為0.019,平均聚類系數(shù)為0.0024,平均路徑長度為3.422。出現(xiàn)了以哈佛大學(xué)和華盛頓大學(xué)為主要連接點的的小世界現(xiàn)象。地區(qū)合作共涉及196個國家,網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度為0.176,平均聚類系數(shù)為0.173,平均路徑長度為1.936。學(xué)科合作共涉及149個學(xué)科,神經(jīng)科學(xué)相對于其他學(xué)科對腦卒中的研究較多,其次是心血管病系統(tǒng)學(xué)科。研究結(jié)論:1.合作發(fā)文已成為腦卒中研究領(lǐng)域的普遍現(xiàn)象和必然趨勢。2.作者合作國內(nèi)以王擁軍為代表,國際以Hacke,Werner為代表。3.國內(nèi)機構(gòu)合作多集中于同一地區(qū),且處于國際合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的邊緣位置。4.國內(nèi)腦卒中研究論文區(qū)域合作以中東部地區(qū)、臺灣地區(qū)之間合作較為緊密,西部與中東部地區(qū)合作較少。5.國際合作多集中于美國和歐洲發(fā)達國家。6.研究的關(guān)注點逐漸從腦卒中認知與治療轉(zhuǎn)移到康復(fù)護理與預(yù)后。7.神經(jīng)科學(xué)和心血管病系統(tǒng)學(xué)科在腦卒中研究中起到至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Research objectives: To explore the level of scientific research in the field of stroke, the law of scientific research cooperation, and the model of scientific research cooperation. It provides a reference for the rational selection of partners for stroke researchers and the decision-making of strategic management of biomedical science and technology. Compared with the foreign SCI growth rate in domestic SCI, the latter is greater than the former in 2010, and the former is greater than the latter after 2010. From the quality of the thesis, all the SCI papers in the domestic stroke study are cited only. For foreign 1/2, the introduction of zero is 1.5 times as much as foreign, more than half of the domestic papers have been cited more than 3 times, and more than half of foreign papers have been cited more than 8 times. From the general situation of cooperation, both SCI papers and domestic non SCI papers are less than the author's co authoring rate; the organization cooperation mode is mainly based on the cooperation of 2-3 institutions.
