【摘要】：在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”背景下,科學(xué)技術(shù)與博物館的深度融合創(chuàng)造出許多新的形態(tài)。但是隨著博物館不斷發(fā)展壯大,博物館與科學(xué)技術(shù)融合的過(guò)程也出現(xiàn)了很多新的問(wèn)題。博物館數(shù)字化進(jìn)程中的資源投入力度問(wèn)題,資源配置以及新形式下博物館人才儲(chǔ)備等問(wèn)題漸漸暴露出來(lái)。本文針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力的研究現(xiàn)狀,并在對(duì)相關(guān)研究總結(jié)、歸納、延伸的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一套評(píng)價(jià)科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力的指標(biāo)體系,并利用層次分析法確定各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,構(gòu)建出科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力評(píng)價(jià)模型,并利用此評(píng)價(jià)模型,選取武漢市多家博物館,利用因子分析法,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)果分析法,交叉分析法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。在實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,分析博物館數(shù)字化進(jìn)程中的一些問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)相應(yīng)的問(wèn)題提出科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力的路徑。論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于以科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力為研究對(duì)象,并基于層次分析法提出一套適用于科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力的評(píng)價(jià)體系模型。全文主要包括六個(gè)部分:第一章主要是介紹科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力路徑研究的研究背景和研究意義,以及使用的研究方法,研究的內(nèi)容,研究的思路以及研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章主要介紹關(guān)于數(shù)字化博物館國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)論文涉及的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹。第三章在歸納和總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于數(shù)字化博物館相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本研究的特點(diǎn),提出了科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,包括3個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和13個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),并對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了解釋說(shuō)明。第四章是本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),首先對(duì)指標(biāo)的重要性進(jìn)行比較判斷,然后利用層次分析法構(gòu)造兩兩比較矩陣,最后計(jì)算出指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。從而構(gòu)建出科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力評(píng)價(jià)模型。第五章也是本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),在對(duì)武漢市多家博物館進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合構(gòu)建出的評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)問(wèn)卷結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,利用因子分析來(lái)確定問(wèn)卷維度的合理性以及評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性,利用交叉分析來(lái)分析不同人群對(duì)博物館評(píng)價(jià)產(chǎn)生的影響。最后根據(jù)分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)科技提升博物館公共文化服務(wù)力進(jìn)程中的一些不足,并給出相應(yīng)的建議。第六章是對(duì)本文的總結(jié),介紹本文的研究成果,并反思研究過(guò)程中的一些不足之處,最后對(duì)今后的研究工作進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:In the context of the Internet, the deep fusion of science and technology with museums creates many new forms. However, with the development of museums, there are many new problems in the process of merging museum with science and technology. The problems of resource investment, resource allocation and museum talent reserve in the process of digitalization of museums are gradually exposed. This paper aims at the above problems, through literature research and science and technology to promote the museum public cultural service research status quo, and on the basis of relevant research summary, induction, extension of the basis, This paper puts forward a set of index system to evaluate the public cultural service ability of museums by science and technology, and uses AHP to determine the weight of each index, and constructs the evaluation model of the public cultural service ability of science and technology promotion museum, and uses this evaluation model. Selected several museums in Wuhan, using factor analysis, questionnaire analysis, cross-analysis for empirical research. On the basis of empirical research, this paper analyzes some problems in the process of digitalization of museums, and puts forward some ways to enhance the public cultural service ability of museums by science and technology in view of the corresponding problems. The innovation of the thesis lies in the research object of improving the public cultural service ability of museums by science and technology, and based on the analytic hierarchy process, a set of evaluation system model suitable for scientific and technological promotion of museum public cultural service ability is put forward. The thesis mainly includes six parts: the first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance of the research on the path of science and technology promotion museum public cultural service capacity, as well as the research methods used, the content of the research. The train of thought of the research and the innovation of the research. The second chapter mainly introduces the research status of digital museum at home and abroad, and the related theory of the paper. In the third chapter, on the basis of summarizing and summarizing the related research on digital museum at home and abroad, and combining the characteristics of this study, the author puts forward the evaluation index system of science and technology to enhance the public cultural service ability of museum. It includes 3 primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators, and explains the indicators. The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this paper. Firstly, the importance of the index is compared and judged, then the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the pairwise comparison matrix, and finally the weight of the index is calculated. In order to build a science and technology to enhance the museum public cultural service capacity evaluation model. The fifth chapter is also the key chapter of this paper, on the basis of the questionnaire survey of several museums in Wuhan, combined with the evaluation model, the results of the questionnaire are analyzed. Factor analysis is used to determine the rationality of the questionnaire dimension and the rigor of the evaluation index system, and cross-analysis is used to analyze the impact of different people on the museum evaluation. Finally, according to the analysis results, we find some deficiencies in the process of science and technology to enhance the public cultural service capacity of museums, and give some corresponding suggestions. The sixth chapter is a summary of this paper, introduces the research results of this paper, and reflects on some shortcomings in the process of research. Finally, the future research work is prospected.
