【摘要】：[目的/意義]非文獻(xiàn)資源在科研活動中扮演著越來越重要的角色�？茖W(xué)軟件與科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)作為非文獻(xiàn)資源的主要形式,是數(shù)據(jù)密集型研究不可或缺的重要資源。[方法/過程]通過比較分析中國學(xué)者在中外期刊論文中的引用特征,提出一種科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)與科學(xué)軟件/數(shù)據(jù)集引用特征的關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]以生物信息學(xué)為研究對象,通過對比分析生物信息學(xué)研究中新技術(shù)應(yīng)用趨勢及應(yīng)用能力,論證中國學(xué)者更傾向于將更優(yōu)秀的研究成果投向國際期刊的假設(shè),同時(shí)也證明科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)的質(zhì)量與科學(xué)軟件/數(shù)據(jù)集質(zhì)量之間存在顯著的正向相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance non-literature resources play a more and more important role in scientific research activities. As the main form of non-literature resources, scientific software and scientific data are indispensable and important resources for data-intensive research. [method / process] by comparing and analyzing the citation characteristics of Chinese scholars in Chinese and foreign journals, a method of correlation analysis between scientific literature and scientific software / data set citation features is proposed. [results / conclusion] taking bioinformatics as the research object, by comparing and analyzing the application trend and ability of new technologies in bioinformatics research, the hypothesis that Chinese scholars are more inclined to put more excellent research results into international journals is demonstrated. It is also proved that there is a significant positive correlation between the quality of scientific literature and the quality of scientific software / data set.
