【摘要】：信息化是未來全球發(fā)展的大趨勢,而檔案的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化建設(shè)是順應(yīng)時代發(fā)展的必然選擇,也是實現(xiàn)我國檔案事業(yè)跨越式發(fā)展的需要。1996年北京市檔案局(館)成立了我國首個檔案網(wǎng)站,然后各地檔案機構(gòu)也不斷建立起自己的檔案網(wǎng)站。隨著檔案網(wǎng)站如雨后春筍般的涌現(xiàn),其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r也逐漸受到社會各界的關(guān)注,不僅是從事檔案工作的人員,還有檔案界的學(xué)者,甚至還包括眾多的對檔案感興趣的社會大眾,人們希望通過檔案網(wǎng)站獲取更多的檔案知識和有利用價值的檔案信息。我國省級檔案館作為地方性綜合檔案館,其重要性不言而喻。筆者對我國28個省級檔案網(wǎng)站進行了綜合調(diào)查研究,歸納總結(jié)出當(dāng)前我國省級檔案信息網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,找出我國檔案信息網(wǎng)站存在的問題和不足,并對其原因進行分析后,分別從信息內(nèi)容、信息服務(wù)和信息組織形式這三方面對于優(yōu)化我國省級檔案網(wǎng)站發(fā)展提出了對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the major trend of global development in the future, and the network construction of archives is an inevitable choice to conform to the development of the times. In 1996, Beijing Municipal Archives Bureau (Library) established the first archival website in China, and then local archives organizations also set up their own archival websites. With the emergence of archival websites, their development has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life, not only the personnel engaged in archival work, but also the scholars in the archival field, and even many members of the public who are interested in the archives. People hope to obtain more archival knowledge and valuable archival information through archival websites. As a local comprehensive archives, the importance of provincial archives is self-evident. The author makes a comprehensive investigation and research on 28 provincial archival websites in China, summarizes the current situation of the construction of the provincial archival information websites in China, finds out the problems and shortcomings of the archival information websites in China, and analyzes the causes. From the aspects of information content, information service and information organization form, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the development of provincial archival websites in China.
