【摘要】:公共圖書館信用服務(wù)是近年我國(guó)圖書館領(lǐng)域開展的一項(xiàng)新型服務(wù)方式,用戶直接使用自己的社會(huì)信用指數(shù),免證、免押金地使用圖書館的資源與服務(wù)。圖書館信用服務(wù)與傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)形式存在著不同,它是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)的一種超越,但它仍然不屬于一項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新型服務(wù)活動(dòng),只是一種新式的服務(wù)方式。建立自身的用戶信用體系或者與社會(huì)信用機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合是圖書館開展信用服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)。圖書館信用服務(wù)的主要目標(biāo)是提高效能,圖書館集成創(chuàng)新和社會(huì)參與是圖書館信用服務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)的保證,聯(lián)盟化與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是圖書館信用服務(wù)未來(lái)發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:The credit service of public library is a new type of service in the field of library in our country in recent years. Users use their own social credit index directly, avoid the certificate, and use the resources and services of the library without deposit. The library credit service is different from the traditional service form, it is a kind of surpassing to the traditional service, but it still does not belong to an innovative service activity, just one kind of new service way. It is the foundation of the library to develop credit service by establishing its own user credit system or combining with social credit institutions. The main goal of the library credit service is to improve the efficiency, the library integration innovation and social participation are the guarantee of the library credit service realization, and the alliance and standardization are the future development direction of the library credit service.
