【摘要】：中國國家博物館的前身北京國立歷史博物館籌建于1912年7月9日,歷經(jīng)百年發(fā)展,館藏品數(shù)量由最初的5萬余件到現(xiàn)在的130余萬件。在百年的發(fā)展歷程中,博物館的前輩們經(jīng)過不斷探索、研究,逐步形成具有本館特色的藏品分類管理體系和藏品編號方式。從最初按陳列室陳列物品建冊,到后來按文物種類編制成幾十本賬冊,計百余萬件文物;從民族危難、社會動蕩中藏品保管艱難維持,到廣泛接受社會捐贈、征集、政府調(diào)撥,全面普查和信息化管理;從簡單的序號編目,到日益完善的文物管理編目體系。各時期藏品賬目沿革、分類體系逐步擴(kuò)充完善,代表了國家博物館百年歷史底蘊(yùn)。本文系統(tǒng)梳理、辨析各時期藏品珍貴賬冊檔案,探求其歷史沿革、編排規(guī)律、藏品編號方式及其在不同賬冊中所代表的涵義,并試圖研究總結(jié)博物館藏品賬目管理的發(fā)展趨勢,以在新的歷史條件下,進(jìn)一步做好這些工作。
[Abstract]:The predecessor of the National Museum of China, the Beijing National Museum of History, was set up on July 9, 1912. After a century of development, the museum's collection has grown from more than 50,000 pieces to more than 1.3 million pieces now. In the course of a hundred years of development, the predecessors of the museum have been exploring and studying, and gradually formed the collection classification management system and collection numbering mode with the characteristics of the museum. From the initial display of items in the showroom to the later compilation of dozens of books according to the types of cultural relics, and over a million pieces of cultural relics; from national distress, difficult maintenance of the collection in the midst of social unrest, to widespread acceptance of social donations, solicitation, and allocation by the government. Comprehensive survey and information management; from simple serial number cataloging to the increasingly perfect system of cultural relics management and cataloguing. The history of the collection accounts and the gradual expansion and improvement of the classification system represent the history of the National Museum. This paper systematically combs, discriminates and analyzes the archives of precious books of collection in various periods, probes into its historical evolution, rules of arrangement, ways of collection numbering and the meanings it represents in different books, and tries to study and summarize the developing trend of the management of collection accounts in museums. In order to do a good job in these tasks under the new historical conditions.
