【摘要】：正《全國檔案事業(yè)發(fā)展"十三五"規(guī)劃綱要》(以下簡稱《綱要》)明確提出,以容災為目標,制訂相關標準和規(guī)范,開展數字檔案資源異地異質備份。筆者以為,這一表述科學性、指導性強,預示著我國的檔案異地異質備份將進入新的歷史發(fā)展階段�；仡櫄v史,美國"9·11"事件的發(fā)生,2008年我國四川汶川大地震的發(fā)生,加上整個社會處于轉型時期,突發(fā)事件和社會事件數量呈上升趨勢,對檔案的安全管理構成了現實的威脅,檔案安全面臨著嚴峻
[Abstract]:The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for the Development of National Archives (hereinafter referred to as "the outline") is clearly put forward, to take disaster recovery as the goal, to formulate relevant standards and norms, and to carry out heterogeneous backup of digital archival resources in different places.The author thinks that this statement is scientific and instructive, which indicates that the heterogeneous backup of archives in different places in our country will enter a new stage of historical development.Looking back on history, the occurrences of the September 11 incident in the United States, the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake in China, and the fact that the whole society is in a transitional period, the number of emergencies and social events is on the rise, which poses a real threat to the security management of the archives.The Security of Archives is facing severe challenges
