【摘要】：目的:深入研究制藥技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。方法:本研究以Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫中收錄的制藥技術(shù)領(lǐng)域研究論文為研究對象,采用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、共詞分析等定量方法,結(jié)合藥學(xué)專業(yè)知識(shí)的定性分析,從論文數(shù)量年度分布、國家/地區(qū)分布及合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)、研究主題等多個(gè)角度開展研究。結(jié)果:研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,全球制藥技術(shù)領(lǐng)域共有研究論文95381篇,近幾年正處于快速發(fā)展階段;第二,論文發(fā)表集中在美國、中國和日本等國家;第三,在定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合藥學(xué)專業(yè)知識(shí),共得到15個(gè)研究主題,包括點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)、晶型藥物、納米微球藥物等。結(jié)論:美國在制藥技術(shù)領(lǐng)域處于主導(dǎo)地位,中國發(fā)文量已經(jīng)具備一定優(yōu)勢,但發(fā)文量和國際影響力與美國相比還是存在較大差距;通過對制藥技術(shù)領(lǐng)域研究主題的深入分析可以全面把握制藥技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展態(tài)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the development trend of pharmaceutical technology.Methods: taking the pharmaceutical technical research papers included in the Pub Med database as the research object, using the quantitative methods such as social network analysis and coterm analysis, combining with the qualitative analysis of pharmaceutical professional knowledge, the annual distribution of the number of papers was obtained.National / regional distribution and cooperation network, research topics and other perspectives to carry out research.Results: first, there are 95381 research papers in the field of global pharmaceutical technology, which are in the stage of rapid development in recent years; second, the papers are published in the United States, China and Japan; third, on the basis of quantitative analysis,Combined with pharmaceutical expertise, 15 research topics were obtained, including click-chemistry, crystalline drugs, nano-microspheres drugs and so on.Conclusion: the United States is in the leading position in the field of pharmaceutical technology, and China has some advantages, but there is still a big gap between the volume of papers and the international influence compared with the United States.Through the in-depth analysis of the subject of pharmaceutical technology, we can grasp the current situation and development trend of pharmaceutical technology.
