【摘要】：文章從信息-技術(shù)-人三個(gè)方面分析了大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)情報(bào)學(xué)帶來(lái)的影響,以及數(shù)據(jù)提取知識(shí)的大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用目標(biāo)與建立人與知識(shí)間關(guān)聯(lián)的情報(bào)學(xué)目標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系。通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院的BD2K大數(shù)據(jù)項(xiàng)目的案例分析,從信息-技術(shù)-人的維度、數(shù)據(jù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)以及數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)提升三個(gè)方面,提出了情報(bào)學(xué)的大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the influence of big data on information science from three aspects of information, technology and human, and the relationship between big data application target of data extraction knowledge and the information science goal of establishing the connection between human and knowledge.Based on the case study of BD2K big data Project of the National Institutes of Health in the United States, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies of information science from three aspects: the information-technology-human dimension, the construction of data ecosystem and the improvement of data literacy.
