【摘要】：文章從信息-技術-人三個方面分析了大數(shù)據(jù)對情報學帶來的影響,以及數(shù)據(jù)提取知識的大數(shù)據(jù)應用目標與建立人與知識間關聯(lián)的情報學目標之間的關系。通過對美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院的BD2K大數(shù)據(jù)項目的案例分析,從信息-技術-人的維度、數(shù)據(jù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)建設以及數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)提升三個方面,提出了情報學的大數(shù)據(jù)應對策略。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the influence of big data on information science from three aspects of information, technology and human, and the relationship between big data application target of data extraction knowledge and the information science goal of establishing the connection between human and knowledge.Based on the case study of BD2K big data Project of the National Institutes of Health in the United States, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies of information science from three aspects: the information-technology-human dimension, the construction of data ecosystem and the improvement of data literacy.
