【摘要】：問答社區(qū)已成長為網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶廣泛參與的知識交流平臺,極具潛力轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇蟊妳⑴c的知識創(chuàng)新平臺,助益于實現(xiàn)萬眾創(chuàng)新的國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文以知乎問答社區(qū)作為數(shù)據(jù)源,應(yīng)用扎根理論構(gòu)建了問答社區(qū)用戶知識創(chuàng)新行為模式的影響因素模型。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),社區(qū)承諾、收益認(rèn)知、知識創(chuàng)新意識以及人文技術(shù)環(huán)境這四個主范疇對知識創(chuàng)新行為模式具有顯著影響,社區(qū)人文技術(shù)環(huán)境與用戶知識創(chuàng)新的收益認(rèn)知、知識創(chuàng)新意識密切互動,共同影響成員的社區(qū)承諾和知識創(chuàng)新行為。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本研究探索了主范疇構(gòu)成因子及其影響機制模型,為促進問答社區(qū)知識創(chuàng)新行為模式的發(fā)展提供了思路和實施策略,同時指出了研究存在的不足及未來研究方向。
[Abstract]:The question-and-answer community has grown into a knowledge exchange platform with wide participation of network users, which has great potential to be transformed into a knowledge innovation platform for mass participation, which is helpful to the national development strategy of mass innovation.In this paper, we take the Q & A community as the data source, and apply the rooted theory to construct the influencing factors model of the users' knowledge innovation behavior model in the Q & A community.The results show that the four main categories of community commitment, income cognition, knowledge innovation consciousness and humanistic technology environment have significant influence on the behavior model of knowledge innovation.The awareness of knowledge innovation interacts closely and influences the community commitment and knowledge innovation behavior of members.On this basis, this study explores the main category factors and its influence mechanism model, which provides ideas and implementation strategies for promoting the development of knowledge innovation behavior model in Q & A community. At the same time, it points out the shortcomings of the research and the research direction in the future.
