中國高被引學(xué)者的跨國流動特征和影響——基于論文的計量分析

【摘要】:大科學(xué)時代,科研人員跨國流動是其學(xué)術(shù)生涯的重要組成部分,我國是世界上最大的留學(xué)生輸出國,為測度我國高層次科技人才跨國流動的特點和規(guī)律,選取中國高被引學(xué)者為研究樣本,構(gòu)建其個人履歷信息數(shù)據(jù)庫和科研產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過科研履歷分析、科學(xué)計量分析以及計量經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)三分之二的學(xué)者有在科技發(fā)達(dá)國家求學(xué)、研修或工作的經(jīng)歷,本科中國—海外博士是其主要流動路徑,學(xué)者跨國流動方式、流動國家、流動階段對其建立國際科學(xué)合作關(guān)系和提升科研生產(chǎn)力都有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:In the era of big science, the transnational mobility of scientific research personnel is an important part of their academic career. China is the largest foreign student exporting country in the world. In order to measure the characteristics and laws of the transnational flow of high-level scientific and technological talents in China,Selecting Chinese high citation scholars as the research samples, this paper constructs its personal resume information database and scientific research output database, through the analysis of scientific research resume, scientific econometric analysis and econometric analysis.It is found that 2/3 of the scholars have the experience of studying, studying or working in the developed countries of science and technology.The mobile stage has a significant impact on the establishment of international scientific cooperation and the enhancement of scientific research productivity.
